Product Manager- Pharmacy
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Grow brand of assigned product group and direct all marketing activities for the achievement of short- & long-term business Goal, Strategies, Action Plan, P &L and market spending and to ensure compliance and aligned with regulatory affairs.
Set up, manage and execute strategies for overall Business plans, including marketing campaign, portfolio management, demand generation plan, digital marketing.
Lead Digital Platform, strategy and execution plan for responsible brand to ensure to effectively connect with target consumers through full funnel from awareness to conversion.
Lead the development of multi-channel, omnichannel product marketing strategies.
Develop effective Communication brief and plan and direct agencies in developing promotional materials, media and the implementation. Direct research agencies and conduct about Qualitative and Quantitative Research.
To constantly monitor the markets where our brands play in, to be up – to – date with the market trends and developments.
Lead and collaborate with agencies and partners on in-market events and activations for the successful implementation of advertising efforts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders/team members across the local and regional colleague such as Supply & Demand Planning, R&D, Regulatory and Finance etc.
To conduct the training of product knowledge to representative staff both medical and drug store team.
Required requisites
Experience and qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MBA is a plus.
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Manager preferably in Consumer Goods/ Consumer Healthcare Company.
Experience in e-Commerce is a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills and can work independently.
Able to work under high pressure and have self-starter attitude.
Good analytical skill: Basic P&L, forecasting, promotion and ROI.
Good communications skills in both English and Thai.
